Alexis has been a part of the PROHealth team since December of 2015. As the Patient Liaison, Alexis explains your care plan, reviews insurance benefits and answers any financial or payment related questions. In addition, she organizes many of the events in and out of the office. Her primary goal is to create a positive experience for each of our patients and to make sure every patient receives the attention they deserve.
Alexis resides in Ellington, CT with her 2 daughters, Josie and Evalee. In her “spare” time she enjoys weekly hikes, reading, creating and updating Excel spreadsheets and spending time with her family. Alexis and her daughters are actively checking off all the National Parks in America from their bucket list! Great Smoky Mountains (TN), Acadia (ME), Everglades (FL), Biscayne (FL), Dry Tortugas (FL) and Shenandoah (VA) have been visited so far!
Prior to joining the PROHealth Team, Alexis ran her own farm in Ellington, CT where she focused on organically raising chickens, ducks and turkeys. She spent her weekends with her daughters sharing the importance of local, organic products while selling their meat, eggs and herbs at multiple Farmers’ Markets. She continues educating the community at Strong Family Farm in Vernon, CT on the benefits of supporting small community farms and eating organic meats and produce. She runs an “Adopt a Chicken” class at the farm each summer to teach children and families how to raise chickens and reap the many health benefits of doing so.
Alexis’ past experience in finance, event coordination and healthy living along with her sense of humor and caring personality allow her to fit right in here at PROHealth!

Anna’s warm smile is probably the first thing you will notice when you walk into our office. She has been a part of the PROHealth team since March 2016, helping people by educating them about health and how to achieve it.
Anna will guide you through the following steps in our office:
· Welcome you
· Offer you help with the paperwork and answer any questions
· Deliver important health literature and walk you through the exam process
· Help you schedule future appointments
· Inform you on upcoming workshops and community events
· And much, much more!
Anna recently moved to Vernon, CT. When Anna is outside the office, you can find her spending time with her family and friends.
Anna graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management. Before coming to PROHealth, Anna worked as an intern at Eastern Connecticut Health Network coordinating and planning community events. She also taught preschool at Birch Mountain Day school for over 6 years, where she enjoyed watching her young students learn and grow. Her unique previous opportunities allow Anna to bring her love of education and her mission based passion for serving her community to the PROHealth team, and she is excited to help patients with their journey to health and healing.
